About the Role
Works to achieve program goals based on the grantor and QCUL objectives
Establishes a strategic plan to conduct Outreach and Recruitment efforts for participant leads.
Generates and executes a program calendar and timeline.
Schedules industry training as well as community volunteers, guest speakers, workshop leaders and field trips as part of the program calendar.
Coordinates tools, resources, and support required for each client within the designated program for successful outcomes.
Administers pre and post assessments to clients.
Tracks progress of measurable skills gains (MSG), employability skills, earned credentials, placement for clients towards client, grantor and QCUL goals.
Builds ongoing relationships with existing and potential employer partners.
Works with Job Coach to arrange work-based learning and internships for clients.
Approves timesheets and stipends attendance records for payment.
Ensures program team is reporting daily in workNet and Apricot, confirming client management, documented case notes, case manager/client interactions, and job placements.
Meets weekly with team for updates on individual clients, progress towards goals, team needs and provide direction.
Collaborates with other QCUL programs to ensure program integration.
Reports and communicates program status bi-weekly to Workforce Development Manager.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency affairs, agency staff and agency participants/students.

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Administration.
