About the Role
Participate in outreach activities, maintaining an accurate account of who, what, where, when, and how outreach was performed
Provide follow up recruiting for hot, warm, and cold participant leads and ensure accepted clients complete the application agreement
Conduct Prescreening interview to ensure participant understands requirements and Post screening to prepare participant for Case Manager enrollment interview
Schedule background check and drug testing
Schedule online program pre-assessments testing
Establish Program orientation, attendance guidelines, dress code, and expectations for participants, including hybrid, virtual, remote and/or in person meetings.
Maintain contact database
Review various software applications for client inquiries
Have a thorough knowledge of all QCUL programs, services, and referral partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Customer Service/Program Knowledge: Has a good understanding of all QCUL programs and can effectively communicate the benefits of each one.
Detailed Oriented: Review Intake form to ensure information is complete and no details are missed that will delay program placement.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates compassion and patience with people who may have trouble communicating or understanding their need.
Good Communicator: Listens and able to provide feedback to clients about how QCUL can support them. Knows how to deliver what information management needs to act upon.
Good Organization: understands good record keeping is crucial and is able to distribute information and supplies for others to receive in an organized manner.
Technology – Ability to create, navigate, and develop documents in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications. Willing to learn other systems related to QCUL organization.
