about us

The Quad County Urban League (QCUL) is a community-based organization dedicated to expanding opportunity, strengthening economic self-sufficiency, and improving quality of life for individuals across DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will Counties in Illinois.
our mission
The Quad County Urban League (QCUL) develops and delivers programs that support educational achievement, workforce readiness, job placement, housing stability, and financial empowerment. Through direct services, partnerships, and advocacy, the organization works to reduce barriers that prevent individuals and families from reaching their full potential.
our history
Founded in 1975 by local leaders responding to gaps in community support systems, QCUL continues to serve as a resource hub for residents seeking academic support, employment training, and access to essential services. Its programs are designed to promote long-term stability, personal growth, and economic opportunity.
As part of a broader national network of affiliate organizations, QCUL contributes to efforts that strengthen communities through service delivery, policy engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.
The organization remains committed to helping individuals gain access to the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve self-sufficiency and build stronger communities.
