youth career pathways

Youth Career Pathways is a work-based learning program for participant ages 16-24. Participants of the program must be academically at-risk, homeless, and unemployed youth, ages 16-24, who are in school or out of school. Youth are residents of Aurora or attend the Aurora Public Schools.

The program has partnered with various employers such as Aldi, UPS, INTREN Inc, and PMI Energy Solution LLC. Participants can be paid up to $15/hour for the internship upon completion, each participant may possibly obtain permanent employment at one of the companies listed and likely paid $18-22/hour:
